Spotted

Our good friend Effie was attending an event in North Jacksonville the other day and guess who was there? Lisa Welchel (AKA Blair) from The Facts of Life. AWESOME!!! If only Tootie, Natalie, Joe, and Ms. Garrett could've made it.
