Jon Insetta's inaugural restaurant Chew is following in the footsteps of ultra-successful sister venue Orsay by offering a limited happy hour on Thursdays and Fridays with $5 glasses of House Wine and $1 off all Beers.
This is awesome news for Downtown Jacksonville but, honestly, we would rather hang out at Orsay, in Avondale, for awesome signature martini's and a lengthier happy hour appetizer menu. Can you say Cucumber Lemon Martini?

I think this is a great idea! Hopefully the downtown working crowd will attend. I THINK THE FOOD IS FABULOUS and reasonable compared to Orsay.
There is something that just does not digest well with the name of this place "Chew". Brings to mind food stuck between the teeth, you know, something a good piece of dental floss could cure!
