House-Hunting

I went house-hunting last night with my realtor Patti Blair with Vanguard Realty and have now changed my whole perspective. I was originally looking for something that had already been renovated in Riverside or St. Nick, but after looking at the so-called "renovated" houses I have now decided to look for something that requires a re-do. I dont know what these people are thinking when they renovate these wonderful homes. When I first got the listings from my agent, there was one home that I thought was absolutely adorable (remember, from the picture) but after viewing the inside last night, Ive had a change of heart. (see the interior pictures below...and remember....this home was "renovated"). I discussed my dilema with Patti and she totally understood, we both agreed that I want something to rehab myself. So, this afternoon, I will be touring around Riverside and St. Nick to take a look at several of the houses that I didnt even entertain viewing. I think im going to like having a project....and I cant wait to do daily posts of the progress.
