As of this morning, I am still in the negotiating phase of the home buying. Unfortunately, the seller isnt budging, but I think that if I give it a week or so, he will change his mind. I still haven't heard what the final counter offer is, so keep your fingers and toes crossed for me. At least I was able to see the beautiful sunrise this morning. So today may be a bright day for me!
