Human rights groups will help decide whether Madonna is fit to adopt a Malawian toddler.
This comes after a Malawian judge ruled in favor of a coalition of 67 Malawian human rights and child advocacy groups who sued to be part of the process to determine Madonna's fitness as a mother.
They're concerned the government cut legal corners to "fast-track" the adoption. Madonna has said she met all the country's requirements.
The same judge last month gave Madonna and her husband an interim order allowing them to take initial custody of 14-month-old David Banda.
Malawian child welfare officers are expected to fly to London in May to make their first assessment in the Madonna case.
**Note to Madonna - If the adoption falls through, I am always available as a replacement
