Realestate Deals Gone Bad

I have some bad news.....my house that I was to close on yesterday has now been taken off the market. Mark the News Room Chief drove by the property this afternoon and noticed that the for sale sign has been removed. This is all after a horrendous day of back and forth with the seller yesterday. He was very irrational and irate regarding the repair list that developed from the home inspection. The last straw was when he (the seller)disputed our claim that the roof needed some repairs. The seller then sent HIS OWN contractor out to the property to review the damage. HIS contractor came back and said that the roof did not need repairs it NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. With this news, the seller backed out of the deal and took the house off the market. So, saddened, I must now start at the beginning.....the hunt continues.
