The angry bride and star of the video below is 21-year-old Toronto aspiring actress Jodi Behan. In the video, the 'bride-to-be' enters a hotel room distraught with her haircut and proceeds to cut her hair as her 'bridesmaids' look on. Behan even managed to fool the people at the Today show.
