3-2-1 CONTACT!

We FINALLY talked to the right people at AT&T and got our iPhone activated! Apparently the people in the AT&T service center were only trained for 2 hours prior to the distribution time - The AT&T stores closed for 2 hours from 4PM until 6PM on Friday for training - and dont know that you have to click ONE BUTTON from "Pending" to "Activate" during the process. According to the awesome tech. who assisted us....,

"Whoever activated your phone did it improperly, they forgot to click ACTIVATE and left the account in PENDING status.....all I had to do was click activate and your account should be up and running."

And it was working immediately! (After 26 hours of waiting and speaking with 7 other CSR's)

If you too are experiencing problems with activation, call 1-877-800-3701. We were on hold for over 30 minutes, but the problem was fixed in under 5. We will have a thorough review for you tomorrow.
