Theres a new restaurant on King Street in Riverside, Brown Brothers BBQ. We popped in last night to check it out and to grab a menu. It smelled GREAT inside and we cant wait to try it out. We are hoping to have a staff meeting there real soon. One of our readers, Rusty, patronized the eatery and said it was really good.

If you like Brown Brothers "git" yourself on over to Hickory Chips Smokehouse on Park and James. The owner, Chip, smokes all the meat on a big old cast iron smoker out back. The sides are great too. The portions beat Browns hands down.
What? Been to both - never seen smoke from Chip place. Food was awful . . . liquid smoke I think. You must not know BBQ Lia - Brown's is the real thing. Saw their write up in local papers and times union. I'm form the neighborhood - Brown's BBQ is awesome
