Apple has released the first iPhone Upgrade (1.0.1). They are not specific as to what the upgrade is supposed to do other than "fix some bugs". We do know that it is supposed to solve some crashing issues (we haven't had those problems) and update safari for a better browsing experience. Plug your iPhone in and click on "check for updates" to receive the new release. It takes about 5 minutes.
