MTV has just announced its nominees for the 2007 Video Music Awards. Click Here to check them out. The event happens on Sunday, September 9th. We were hoping that maybe Madonna would make a special appearance (as she is known to do) with a new song, but since her CD doesn't drop for almost 2 months after the show....we aren't so sure that it will happen - we can only hope.
