Scarcasm - clever but very unkind comments that leave a scar on the recipient. A stronger form of sarcasm that is directed towards someone who is especially sensitive and is permanently "scarred" by the cutting remark. "Why isn't your boyfriend coming to the halloween party?"
Most of the time, this inhibits their ability to get many bitches and hoes to take back to their crib to bang up the ass.
"Oh, he has been having a hard time dealing with his boss' scarcasm - the other day he made an especially cruel comment about the size of his nose and now he's even more self conscience in new social situations."
