We witnessed a total asshole move by some douche bag in a BMW last night while participating in our staff meeting. First off the guy parked in a HANDICAPPED PARKING SPOT and then, to top it off, he parked in the wrong direction (which is also a violation). You know we took pics. Unfortunately we weren't able to get close enough to get the criminals' face in the shots....
