Nicky G's Pizza - Review

We had a great meal at Nicky G's Pizza last night. The restaurant itself is quite spacious and welcoming. Everything that we ordered was pretty stellar and the prices are spot on. Here's what we had:

First we MUST start out with Emily's dinner. She ordered the Beer Buzz Pie - French Fries, Bacon, mozzarella/provolone blend and cheddar cheese. Topped with Ranch Dressing when it comes out of the oven. And she said it was really, really good.

Mark and Rachelle enjoyed the Antipasto Pie - Prosciutto, Salami, Roni, Hot Capicola, Feta Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers Olives, Mushrooms, Artichokes and Sun dried tomatoes. One small detail, even though they ordered the same slice Rachelle's was lacking artichoke hearts...she still thoroughly enjoyed hers.

Josh devoured the Steak Calzone - Steak, peppers and onions, in seconds....so we can only assume that it was awesome.

He also ordered the Cheese Fries (which we all partook of). Of course they were greasily delicious.

Joe(y) ordered the Nicky G’s Wrap - Grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella , roasted peppers and sun dried tomato, because he "doesn't eat pizza". Luckily theres something on the menu for everyone. He said the wrap was good but that there were too many sun-dried tomatoes.

Jason, Robin, and Monica shared a 16" The Deac - Sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, olives and garlic. Jason (a well-known lover of sun-dried tomatoes) thought this pizza was fantastic! Whereas Robin and Monica thought it was good, but again, maybe too many sun-dried tomatoes.

Lourie ate a slice with artichoke hearts, spinach and tomato . "It was awesome!!!". Unfortunately we didn't nab a pic of her slice, but you can pretty much image what it looked like. HUGE!

So, our final verdict on Nicky G's Pizza is ALMOST a 5 out of 5 rating. Just a few minor adjustments (as most new eateries need) and the place is gonna be perfect for Downtown. We will definitely be back.

AND THEY DELIVER!!!!!
