This past Friday Mary Lillian Ellison (AKA The Fabulous Moolah) passed away at the age of 84. Moolah was a pioneer in ladies wrestling and continued participating from the 1950's almost up until the day of her death. For a fantastic look at her life, we suggest the wonderful documentary Lipstick and Dynamite:The First Ladies of Wrestling. It really is a great film. Rest in peace Moolah.
