Mark and Joey(y) spotted the newest edition to Jacksonvilles homeless society. We have dubbed her "Bozo the Crack Clown" (obviously named for the massive bush on her head). If anyone has any information on Bozo the Crack Clown we would love to hear it. For instance, why did she choose to come to Jacksonville? Which corner is her favorite for panhandling? Has integrating into the Jacksonville homeless scene been easy? etc.
