Yesterday afternoon around 5PM the fella pictured below was seen at the base of the Fuller Warren Bridge on Park Street holding a sign that read "VET PLEAS". While holding up his Veterans ID Card (which we did not closely inspect for validity). Initially we were going to title this post Engrish however, upon further inspection, we realized that maybe he didn't erroneously leave the e off of please but, rather, is actually PLEADING with us? Thoughts? Comments?
