This afternoon at approximately 12:20PM local radio station 102.9 - The Point spammed our airwaves with an ad from GetMyFreeLaptop.com. Certainly you guys have seen these ads that say all you have to do is "participate" in x-number of "promotions" and they they will send you a free laptop. Sounds easy enough (and way to good to be true) until you get on like the 200th page of yes/no questions about whether or not you want to participate in some other SPAM campaign. Do people really do this? And if so, have any of you? Has anyone who reads this actually received a "FREE" laptop? Let us know!
