Preservation Tap & Chophouse has been closed for about two months and finally the facility is up for sale. This building was completely renovated and everything comes in the sales price (furniture, kitchen appliances, dishes, everything). So it's basically a turn-key restaurant for anyone willing to give it a go. Here are the specs:
