We have a major bitch! WTF is up with banks not allowing their customers to use "counter documents" at the drive-thru tellers? Does this happen at all banks or just Compass Banks? Are they just trying to get us to BUY deposit slips? We even recall, not too long ago, Compass going so far as to removing the documents from the lobby area. For a while there you had to ask the teller for a slip (of course, you've NEVER been allowed to do that at the drive-thru). We asked the teller inside what sort of fraud was occurring with their "counter documents" and she was rather quick to say that the drive-thru tellers cannot see the customers in the car very well so they are weary about doing cash-back transactions. We say....CLEAN YOUR EFFIN WINDOWS!
