Good Morning Jacksonville! It sure is a wet Friday and we just wanted to remind everyone out there on the roadways that just because its a little wet outside and the sky is overcast, doesn't mean that you have to drive in the left hand lane (also known as the FAST LANE) going 40mph on I-95.
