If you've lived in Jacksonville for a while, we're SURE you've heard about the time it snowed here (back in 1989). Well, thanks to YouTubeer slotjaw here's video proof!! Pretty Cool.... The video was taken at the Woodlake Park Apartments (we're pretty sure the name has changed) at Sanjose Boulevard & Sunbeam Road.
