Okay, YES! Obviously we scanned the article below from April 2008's Jacksonville Magazine (page 92). But we thought it was necessary for as many people as possible to read this truly vital bit of roadway instruction, especially those of you who ever make it to the Riverside/5 Points area. We can't tell you how many times some dumb ass who doesn't understand the rules of the road (or yellow and red lights) has caused a major backup. Read these "Rules of the Road", understand them, adhere to them, and drive safely in Riverside.

It should also be pointed that pedestrians have the right of way not only at the crosswalk located mid-block on Park St.
Autos must also yield to pedestrians in all the crosswalks located within the Five-Points intersection. And this includes Park St.
