Everything comes full circle, or people just run out of ideas. The old 1960's show the Banana Splits is being revamped for Cartoon Network. From Wikipedia - If you don't remember the show, which ended in 1970 but still showed through syndication, then check out these clips...."WarnerBrosOnline announced that new comedy shorts and music videos featuring the Banana Splits would debut on Cartoon Network starting September 2, 2008 as part of a "multi-platform release", which would also include a live show and a new website, as well as a CD and a DVD featuring 13 new songs to be released by Universal Records. In addition, a new kids-themed area called Banana Splitsville is being placed at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina's Hard Rock Park rock-and-roll theme park.
