Crystal from Orsay has informed us that the restaurant is having its official Grand Opening this coming Tuesday, September 2nd, and in the interim they are extending an early opening deal for all of you anytime this week, Tuesday through Saturday. They are offering a round of signature cocktails (try the Cucumber-Lemon Martini, trust us) for the table as well as some appetizers. It really is an awesome deal from a great restaurant, check it out if you can.

This place might be the best restaurant in Jacksonville right now. I love the whole menu, but the soups and deserts are especially fantastic. I've never had more sumptuous ice cream ever. The setting is terrific and you can really tell that John "gets it." I just hope that they stay as busy as they have been. Love having them in the 'dale.
