As of today, the state and city are, once again, permitting Kickbacks Gastropub to allow customers to eat and enjoy adult beverages on the sidewalk out front. That's GREAT news!!! Watch as Dave Massey christens the new policy.

Yea, the alcoholics and drug addicts/dealers can once again spill out onto the sidewalk to belch forth smoke and litter the street with butts all while enjoying their favortie adult beverage.

To the whiner above, thank your legislators for banning Steve from letting people smoke inside his pub.
Personally, I feel that the artsy, funky hipsters & creative souls who frequent Kickback's make it an enjoyable place to enjoy a libation.
Riverside is a very eclectic area of Jax. There are alcoholics and drug dealers all over this city. In my opinion, Steve has been doing a great job of keeping away the panhandling riff-raff and drug dealers (which is more than I can say for just about every convenience store in Riverside).
