It's not wise to do business with body shops that don't accept credit cards. The reason they quit taking them is either to avoid chargebacks, or because no processor will do business with them because of their chargeback history. Either way, this speaks to the quality of their work. And if/when they do screw something up, or charge more than the estimate, etc., you won't have any protection available by disputing through your credit card.
