Last Thursday, April 9th, the Top Chef tour stopped in Downtown Jacksonville at Hemming Plaza for a 30 minute cooking demonstration and to sell a bunch of Top Chef memorabilia. Staff members Robin, Linda, Emily, and Becky were on the scene and all excited about seeing Tom Colicchio and Padma Lakshmi but they weren't in attendance. Instead, the demonstration was hosted by Richard Blais from Season 4 and Sandee Birdsong from Season 3. In addition to the Top Chef stuff there were also a few other vendors on site selling drinks, produce, and fresh herbs. Here are a few pics from Robin.
