A faithful Jacksonville Confidential reader sent us an e-mail with the accompanying picture described as.."We were going to visit some friends when we saw this guy on a scooter with his home made "trunk". It's an igloo cooler, painted all red with mirrors and reflectors on it. He also had PVC pipe tubes on the side to hold his fishing poles. Pretty sure he was headed to the Ortega area to go fishing. Enjoy!"
