This is just plain wrong. The awesome peeps over at Perfect Rack Billiards on Edgewood Avenue in Murray Hill had to deal with this racist shit when they opened their doors for business the other day. This isn't the first incident this month either; a few weeks ago the Kingdom Plaza on Lenox Avenue, where Soul Food Bistro is, suffered the same fate. SHAME.

Not surprised. I found a live 9mm Hydroshock round on one of the window sills by Moonriver....Thugs of all colors buzz around that corner.
