Riverside's Most Wanted

Hey everybody, meet Zachery Richardson, he and his "girlfriend" have been squatting in a vacant house in Riverside (2131 Dellwood Avenue). Well, this morning our News Room Chief Mark spotted "Zac" attempting to break in to the house next door. He was trying all of the windows and doors to see if there was an opening. Fortunately, JSO arrived within 3 minutes of the call and busted this thief in the act. We've also learned that Zac was arrested a few weeks ago for theft of a lawnmower in the Riverside area via his rather lengthy rap sheet.

We're taking our neighborhoods back, criminals beware.....Neighborhood Watch ON LOCK!! Here are a few snapshots of the scene and Zachery's mug shot. You know he's going to be out roaming the streets again so take a mental note and be on the look out.

Be aware of your surroundings. There is "always" something effed up happening. CALL 630-0500. You might save yourself or a friend.

Even if you think something wrong is going down, call the cops. The more phone calls we put in, the more police presence we get.

If we see him back here we MUST say "Hey Zachery! You're all over the Internet Buddy!"

I cannot confirm this but, I heard there was a violent assault on woman during the day in the alleyway in between Forbes and Park on the west side of Margaret.
I can confirm that there are 70 registered sex offenders within 1 mile of my house in 5 points.

Neighbors need to do a better job of looking out for each other. If you see something going on that looks suspicious, call the homeowner or call the police.

It's Sunday morning Oct 25th and Zachary Richardson is back on Ernest Street, riding his bike. Next time I catch him I am telling him he's on the internet and the neighborhood watch has been activated against him.

Cara..Thank you. I already yelled at him. If everybody tells him he's being watched it will hopefully drive him insane. And Jezzus he's FUGLY!!

I agree we need to get back to "old school" neighborhoods, where you knew your neighbor and were familiar with comings and goings in your neighborhood. The police will tell you they would rather be called out to a false alarm then get no call at all. if you see something that doesn't look right , call !

I was actually nice to Zachary at first, thought he was harmless. I let him mow my lawn when my mower was broken but then he got caught coming out of a neighbors garage and they asked me to please not let him mow my grass anymore. I had a talk with him and I just told him flat out, "I'm sorry but my neighbors don't trust you and I can't have you coming around here any longer."
I watch my neighborhood like a hawk and I don't care if someone thinks I am nosy. I hope they will do the same for me. I always introduce myself to my neighbors and let them know I will watch out for them and ask them to return the favor.
