This pan-handler will be spending the evening in the Duval County Jail. He was arrested right under the I-95 overpass in between the Nemours Childrens Clinic and Baptist Medical Center on the Southbank in San Marco. There was another guy with him when the cop first flashed his lights, but he did the smart thing and hauled ass. Sweet dreams.

What a waste of time. Who cares. Think you could have got a few more pictures of this non event? Why did you stop at 7. Jason the douche bag has too much free time on his hands.
What is funny and/or noteworthy about this? Surely there must be something else to talk about. Taking boring photos of just one more degrading event in the life of a homeless man rivals only the Florida Times-Union in thought and creativity.
R.I.P. Jacksonville Confidential. The 15 minutes of fame for Mark and Jason is now over.
