Jacksonville Confidential's "Den Mother" Linda informs us that Cruiser's Grill ("home of the best burger ever") is now open in Lakewood. They moved in where Atlanta Bread Company was on San Jose Blvd, across from the Winn Dixie on University Blvd, in the same plaza as Tijiuana Flats (5613 San Jose Boulevard). Here is their website and menu. Linda says that she can, "personally vouch that EVERYTHING on the menu is great!" She and Emily popped in today for a burger and fries and left totally satisfied.

Lakewood is becoming quite the destination lately, with Mojo, now Cruisers, and don't miss Noura Cafe, two doors down, it is EXCELLENT!
I highly recommend it.
