We've been noticing quite a few Twitter posts and other forum responses lately about crappy service from AT&T, mainly on iPhones (the JC staff has been having intermittent problems as well). These problems include, and are definitely not limited to, no service, MMS errors, dropped calls, etc. Well, of course, there's an app for that...check out AT&T's Mark the Spot App to report any problems you are having with their network. Unfortunately the app doesn't offer a button for poor customer service complaints but at least this is a start.

I've had no problems with my service or iPhone. Maybe it's your "staff member"s" lack of brain capacity.
