Happy Birthday Elvis

Today would be Elvis Presley's 75th Birthday and to celebrate the event we would like to introduce you to Jacksonville's very own Randy "Elvis" Walker, one of the premier Elvis impersonators in the country. Here's Randy Elvis Walker in Concert on Tour at the Fountainebleau Hilton in Miami...(10 second lag til video starts)

Isn't he fantastic? All those "blue hairs" in the front seemed to really love it, certainly reminiscing about way back in 1957 at that very same hotel in Miami where Randy was the ONLY ELVIS IMPERSONATOR to share the stage with, not only Frank Sinatra, but also "The King" himself. Randy "Elvis" Walker is available for hire and Will travel up to 3000 miles from Jacksonville for Weddings, Commitment Ceremonies, Bar Mitzvahs, Corporate Parties, Fundraisers, Wakes and Funerals for between $500 and $5,000 per event. Imagine what you could get for $10,000.

If hiring an Elvis impersonator just isn't your bag, maybe you'll want to check out Turner Classic Movies (TCM), they are showing a 20 hour music and movie extravaganza to commemorate today's milestone...

"Seventy-five years ago this January, the future of popular music was changed forever with the birth of the one-and-only Elvis Presley. On Friday, Jan. 8, Priscilla Presley and longtime friend Jerry Schilling will join Robert Osborne as Turner Classic Movies (TCM) celebrates the 75th anniversary of the birth of “The King”. Their introductions will be part of a 20-hour marathon of movies and concert documentaries."
...showing such classic movies as

  • Harum Scarum (1965)
