Kickbacks Beer Dinner #8

Tonight at 6:30 is beer dinner #8 in the Kickbacks Gastropub beer dinner series and it will be with Lagunitas Brewing Company. Ron Lindenbush, “Head Beer Weasel” for Lagunitas will be the host.

Here are the deets:

There will be 8 courses of food at this event and as a special treat there will be two special guest chefs helping with the dinner, Brian Siebenschuh, Executive Chef from Orsay, and Michelle Ugarte, from Salt at Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. They will each be preparing one of the pairings for the dinner.

There will be 21 courses of beer, WHOA.

On tap: Pils, Dogtown Pale Ale, IPA, 2007,2008 and 2010 Olde GnarlyWine, Hop Stoopid, A Little Sumpin’ Extra! Ale, 2009 and 2010 Hairy Eyeball Ale, 2009 Cappuccino Stout, 2009 Brown Shugga’.
