It seems as though we are always seeing those fantastically hideous pictures from the People of Walmart website, and we here at Jacksonville Confidential are constantly poking fun at our fellow Jacksonvillians at the Ramona Flea Market and other classy destinations like Shep’s. So now we would like to introduce you guys to brand new blog segment we’re calling ”People of the Jacksonville Target”, cause you really can’t go anywhere in this town without spotting at least one of the City’s finest. Our first victim is this lady, who was staring at a Barbie display for at least 30 minutes at the Target on US-17. Poor thing forgot to shave before she left the house...
