Kickbacks Beer Dinner #10

Monday evening, August 16th @ 6:30 pm, is beer dinner #10 in the Kickbacks Gastropub Beer Dinner Series and it will be with Rogue Ales and Spirits. Jason Gavin, southeastern regional manager, and Chris Lacey, national sales manager,  from Rogue will be hosting.

The cost of this event is $67.50 (plus a 20% gratuity to the cost of each reservation and tax).  Logistically this will help us tremendously.  Do not worry about tipping the evening of the event.  I will disperse the pooled tips the evening of the event to my staff.

In addition to Chef Jon and Chef Gary from Kickbacks, Michelle Ugarte, from Salt at Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, will be preparing two of the courses and there may possibly be a third guest chef.

According to Steve from Kickbacks, there will be 40 different Rogue beers on tap and served during this dinner (and maybe a bonus 41st), and ”there has never been 40 or more beers on tap from one brewery at the same time at the same place ever before on this planet or any other.”. Whew, that’s a ton of brew! Check out the menu and pairings from this weeks Rogue beer dinner #9 below. Beer dinner #10 will be, pretty much, the same except they are adding a frog leg course, sushi course, and a different dessert, but you get the gist.
