Jon Insetta - Restauranteur

One of our favorite local restaurateurs, Jon Insetta, is being featured on FCCJ's homepage with a link to a full article about the culinary artist.

Jon is the owner of Chew Restaurant on Adams Street in Downtown Jacksonville and is currently working on another restaurant in Riverside/Avondale called Restaurant Orsay (with Brian Siebenschuh and Crystal Vessels) on Park Street where Crush used to be. We are planning on attending the "soft opening" of Restaurant Orsay around the beginning of July and will have a full-scale review for you guys then.

This is a GREAT restaurant and a great addition to the Jacksonville food scene. When Crush shut down, we lost a real asset to our tummies and now with Orsay, I dare say that things are better than before.

We went on Friday with some friends to the new lounge and tried the 40 ounce ribeye special...it was awesome!

Thanks to the Chef for coming out to check on it and see our satisfaction as we sucked down Bees Knees and licked our fingers clean.
