It saddens us to say that the last local Turtles Music (that we are aware of) has closed. The Editor was a little bummed yesterday when he went to the Turtles Music in St. Augustine on A1A only to discover that it had closed down a few weeks ago. Where are we to go now to browse for new music? Sure, theres Inertia (but what if we wanted the brand new Madonna or Britney CD) and the "big box" stores like Best Buy and Target, but the music browsing experience just isn't the same as it used to be. It is a dark day.
