Okay, show of hands....who knew that the 37th Annual Riverside Arts Festival was coming up this weekend? We didn't until we were handed a flier at this past Wednesdays ArtWalk. So we are spreading the word and, at the same time, wondering WTF is going on with promotion in this City....c'mon!
