We reported a few months back that the college craze ”Icing” was on the outs and that it was, most likely, just a mediocre attempt by spirits maker/distributor Smirnoff at viral marketing. Well, it seems that the campaign is still going strong here in Jacksonville because a couple of local idiots were spotted ”Icing” (it sounds way hotter than it really is) while out of town over the weekend.
